According to the SWGFAST Bylaws, documents presented as
"Drafts for Comment" are published for community review.
During this review period, the community is encouraged
to submit comments on any "Draft for Comment" document.
Interested persons may submit in writing comments and
suggestions for changes in one of two ways:
1) They can be made directly on a
copy of the Word formatted document. The changes must be
made as an "Inserted Comment" or if the author chooses
to make the changes on a copy of the document, the
changes must appear in red text. At the beginning of the
Draft document upon which comments/changes are
submitted, please include the author's name, email
address and contact phone number. Email the Word
document to the Executive Secretary, Maggie Black, at
the e-mail address below.
The author may submit comments in an e-mail. If so,
include the specific section number or copy/paste that
section from the Draft document. The e-mail needs to
include the author's name, e-mail address and contact
phone number and should be sent to the Executive
Secretary, Maggie Black, at the e-mail address below.
Once received, you will receive an
e-mail confirming receipt of the comment.
